The information we ask for depends on the services or product that we’ve contracted with you to deliver. For orders processed through credit cards, we ask for your name, address, email, phone, company name, and credit card information, which is stored in a PCI-compliant format on a third-party shopping cart system we use.
For marketing agency services, we ask for information that we need to complete your website, newsletter, social media or other services. These include but are not limited to photos, certifications, bio information, type of ideal client, testimonials, logo design preferences, and similar information. We may also ask for login information to your social media and/or newsletter accounts so we can deliver our services.
For training services including CPE delivery, we’ll ask for answers to polling questions and encourage you to ask questions during the webinar. This information is collected and stored for CPE compliance purposes.

Publicly available information
We might gather information about you that is publicly available. For example, if you have an existing website, we’ll save you time by copying over some of the information available on that website to use in our service delivery to you. We’ll also look for your social media links as well as monitor how your site is ranking by searching for your company name, your name, and services in Google. This is all for the purpose of improving your results with our services.
